It’s not compatible with the iPhone 13 Pro yet?? The phone was released a year and a half ago!

Enjoying product with one of my old iPhones. Wish there was a physician mode to remove some of the cumbersome clicking before being able to examine. Less clicking makes life easier.

My husband has Android and can’t use this app or the device. Instructions are not accurate. One figured out how to use this on my iPhone, image isn’t clear. Awful that i have to take off my phone case and camera lens protector, then squeeze this into the device. I’m afraid of getting my phone lens scratched or dropping my phone trying to get the device on! I don’t know how the device itself gets such good ratings because the app has bad ratings and I found it to be so frustrating that I’m writing a bad review.

Hello. This product is great but there needs to be a physician mode. I am a pediatric doctor and love to teach my students how to recognize any ear infection. I’ve had an older version of this device which is near its end of its life. This new version is great, but I need a mode to view images without the arrow, pointing to the eardrum, and a way to record videos to keep on my phone

I purchased this thinking that it would be awesome only to find that my iPhone 12 ProMax is not compatible, even though the Tylenol website says that it is. I have sent an email to Tylenol, but who knows if I’ll hear back. Money wasted it appears.

i have an iphone 13 which they list as compatible, but upon downloading the app i find it is not. so money wasted right there. Tylenol is a big company, for them to not have iphone 13 or 14 compatible is a total joke, unless they've already given up on this product. The fact that also needs a screwdriver to install a battery and is not usable right out of the box is such a bad user experience. Most of us using this have sick kids that we need an accurate temperature reading on immediately. Not only is this app not compatible with current devices, but requires about 20 minutes of set up. I'm still baffled that this product isn't discontinued. absolutely terrible.

Super disappointing experience, wasted a bunch of money and hours trying to set up this device. do better Tylenol, develop an app that works on the software of supposedly compatible devices.

Unless you have an old Iphone the app does not work. Developer should update its product according with the new technology and not expect consumers to get stuck in the past!

Be careful of this product and this app. Lists that it’s compatible with most iPhones and it is not. I have the 13 and it’s listed as compatible and now it’s useless because the app won’t work with my phone. Why lie and say it’s compatible?

Looked up compatible devices and iPhone 13 is there. Spend the money only for it to not be compatible. Do better or fix your website.
