We got their exterior Smart socket. We were unable to set it up and requests for support within the app went unanswered.

I bought an outdoor ip66 rated plug socket for my home, however the app will only connect your WiFi socket if it’s connected to a 2.4ghz only network. Mine as are many others is a dual band network, and you can’t separate it. I have other 2.4ghz smart devices in my home and they will all connect to my dual band network with no issues using their own app, this one will not. I can’t image I’m the only person who has this issue something needs fixing in the app.

It keeps missing lights when trying to pair. Complete waste of time and money

Stay away! The outdoor Wi-Fi sockets keep breaking after few months. And the customer service is awful.

Absolutely useless. Do not buy anything from these people. Every time the switch is turned off it forgets the device and I have to set it up again.
