Smoothie King

Love smoothie king but to get into my app today took 20 minutes to verify my email. Are people hacking smoothie king accounts that frequently? I finally get in the app and can’t even start to look at the menu if there isn’t a location open. I like to order ahead or put everything in my cart so when I’m ready it’s quick.

There is nowhere to add a tip for the delivery driver. No driver is going to pick up an order without a tip. Please fix this.

Stood at the counter. I was the only one in the store. 3 workers present. 1 cleaning a reach in. 1 making an order. 1 walked up to the counter. Never looked at me and told the other girl, “you’ve got the counter. Never greeted me. I was a ghost. On that note when still no one acknowledged, I left.

App is super slow. Some screens don’t render correctly. Some buttons don’t work. Please fix this app.

The previous version of this app was much more user-friendly. The new version is complicated and does not offer easy access to past orders and placing orders or trying to place a pass order at a new location challenging, and frustrating to navigate the app.

App doesn’t work for substitutions in order. Third time in a row the store doesn’t get my order right.

Theres shouldnt be multiple windows to check out… the old version of the app was so much more user friendly

If you subbed out any thing it removes it and most ingredients. Fix it!!!

Attempted to use app reward points to cover the order. The App charged my card $2 for remainder but did not complete the order. Tried several times with the same result until I just paid for the order in full without using their reward points. I’m out $6.27 with apparently no way to get my money back. App has also been glitchy in the past. It will constantly freeze requiring a restart. But it hasn’t cost me any money until now.

You guys really don't know how to run a rewards program do you? Take a look at Delta or United for how to do it right.
