I have been trying to use the app for last couple of weeks but as I try to open it crashes. My IOS is updated and I have reinstalled the app many times but stilll it doesn’t work. It’s so frustrating

I am trying to update app but its not updating in iphone

Unable to add beneficiary under quick pay for Pakisan. Even not able to make the payment through existing Quick Pay accounts for Pakistan.

Unable to add Pakistani account in quickpay beneficiary. It says that adding or modifying beneficiaries for Pakistan is currently unavailable.

The employees of SNB lease are the worst employees. They are highly unprofessional and unaware of any processes or procedures. If you ever have to go to SNB lease branches (especially King Fahd branch), you will waste your time and money because of the inefficiency of employees. موظفى الاهلي للتمويل من أسوأ موظفين التمويل على الاطلاق، فهم غير محترفين او مدربين وليس لديهم اية معرفة بالسياسات والاجراءات. اذا اضطررت للذهاب الي فروع التمويل (خاصة فرع الملك فهد)، سوف تضيع وقتك ومالك بسبب عدم كفائتهم اللامتنهاية.

‏ الموسيقى الموضوعة حديثا عند فتح التطبيق مزعجة جدا جدا وللأسف لا يوجد طريقة لإلغائها وكان المفروض وضعها بحيث تكون اختيارية للعميل وليست اجبارية

It would be good if you make an option to disable to opening tone when you open the app

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته.. التحديث الجديد لم يناسبني الصوت اللي يطلع وقت ما افتح التطبيق يخلي الملقوف يركز معي وانا داخله التطبيق اتمنى يكون في امكانية لإغلاق الصوت عند دخول التطبيق
