Snow: Teeth Whitening System

I cannot even reset my password. There is not functionality for it. This company has a garbage app and won’t improve it.

The whitening product is great, but the app is terrible.

Should be straight forward but I can’t figure out what it’s doing when it scans for my device. It comes back with a list of the product and then underneath each line item it had Samsung 70” TV (not mine); Samsung TV 45” ( mine); some other TVs and BT items. Could be my neighbors? Anyhow, useless so far.

I have a wired version and I tried to make It work with the app but the app is for wireless only.

I have a problem with the fact that 9 times out of 10 times I try to use the app, it doesn’t work! Is anyone keeping this up?

I love this product! Was very pricey but the results after months of using it well worth it! I did have a issue with mouth piece connection to app called customer service had me send old one back and they sent me 2 new ones and have had no issues! I get compliments on my teeth all the time even from my dentist on how white my teeth are. I think this is a great product! Expensive but really worked great for me

I agree with previous reviews. Sometimes my system will work and other times it won’t. They told me not to use the app as the app doesn’t work. When I tried to get a replacement, I was asked to take a picture of the box that I no longer have. I will continued to try to use the product when it does work as I spent quite a bit of money for it. I would not buy it again.

The app just doesn’t work. Reviews saying the same thing date back a few years now so why has this company not bothered to fix the major functionality of its wireless product? I haven’t even tried the whitening itself yet because I’m stuck trying to get the Bluetooth to connect. Considering the price, the legal battles Snow is facing, and the total lack of customer service, I would stay away from this company. If they could take the minor amount of time to fix the app or even address customer complaints they would win a lot of people back over. Clearly they don’t care.

The app is useless. That’s it. That’s the review.
