If I’d have known how bad the app was I would never have got this system. It’s awful, can’t even describe everything that’s wrong about it. Avoid

Have found it’s totally hit and miss whether the app picks up a stat or not (I have 5). Most of the time any changes you make to temperature is ignored and if you do manage to get a response to turn off it’s total luck if you can get it back on. It’s the worst home app experience I’ve ever seen, totally unreliable.

I’ve been using the app for 4 months now. It’s been installed in a new house. The wall stats are pretty good when you get them connected to the Wi-Fi as it takes some time to get them all working but the app is so “clunky” I’ve pretty much given up on even bothering with it.

Sorry to say that this app is absolute rubbish. Won’t even connect to wi-fi. Like someone else commented…… don’t bother!

50% of the time the app controls the unit, the other half of the time I have to get up and use the stat as the app/stat don’t talk to each other. My OS and app are up to date. Sort it out SnugStat/whoever you are, I wishing I hadn’t invested in your kit.

I used to find the app difficult to use but I love the new update, it makes my underfloor heating so easy to use and I love this update l. Thank you Snug!

Only got these as they are local supplier, the app is terrible and doesn’t have any smart features. I will be replacing them with real smart stats when I can afford them

Too temperamental. Not intuitive to use. Now I can’t even get it to load.

Completely useless (on iPad). Can’t even read or modify the schedule. Don’t buy a SnugStat.

The heating mat is excellent but this app is a real let down. Constant problems with connection and I regularly need to ask people to go to my house to operate the mat manually. So bad I’m going to stop using the mat and install a wall heater in the kitchen. Would be zero stars if there was an option.
