As part of our digital transformation program, we have recently developed a dynamic and secure wallet apps that cater your daily transaction needs like Fund Transfer, Mobile Airtime Recharge and Bill Payments etc. You will get notifications on your latest activity; see your transaction history, transaction summary etc. Sonali e-Wallet is bring very exciting and innovative services in the market to meet customer needs and demands. • Both Bangla and English Supported • Sonali e-Wallet is a secured app. The App requires your PIN number in two phases. First for login and second, for every transaction you need to provide PIN number. It even better than some private bank mobile apps in Bangladesh. Sonali bank account transfer, DPS payment, Credit Card payment. It even supports BEFTN transfer. However activation and password reset is still manually done by respective branch. Inter bank money transfer NPSB should be included. Opening saving/current account and DPS/FDR should be added. You cannot sync different account by yourself. utility bills cannot be paid through here. Phone Call support is not good enough. My Experience: Like few days , IOS devices are not connected / not working . However It supports can't help you.
