### *---- "I want my money back"
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the AI video I recently generated using approximately 5,000 credits.

Frankly, the final result was far below any reasonable expectation for a project of this cost. What is even more frustrating is that I was not given any preview or draft version for approval before the credits were fully consumed.

The generated video consists primarily of generic street footage, while the singer appears only briefly in a few scenes. In addition, there are almost no proper lip-sync shots, which is a fundamental element I expected based on the purpose of the video.

Another major issue is the complete inconsistency of the singer's appearance throughout the video. The artist's face and overall look change dramatically from one scene to another, making it feel as though different people are appearing in the video rather than the same singer. This severely impacts the quality and credibility of the final result.

Additionally, the song title was displayed using extremely basic and unprofessional typography that does not meet the standards expected for a premium music video. The text design looked generic and unfinished, further reducing the overall production quality.

I paid a significant amount of credits expecting a professional-quality music video. Instead, the result feels very basic, disconnected from the artist, and does not reflect the value of the credits spent.

Given the poor quality of the output and the lack of any preview or approval process, I respectfully request a full refund of the credits used for this project.

I would appreciate your prompt review of this issue and look forward to a fair resolution.
