This app is completely unacceptable for creating video clips. The quality is extremely poor, unprofessional, and not worth the cost.

### *---- "Misleading Subscription & Extremely Expensive Credit System"
I subscribed to Sondo for AED 39.99 weekly thinking I would at least be able to properly try the app and create songs. After registering and paying, I discovered that generating even one song required 2110 points, forcing me to spend another AED 119 just to buy more credits. This feels very misleading and not customer-friendly at all.

There is no proper free trial experience, no meaningful starter credits, and the app quickly pushes users toward expensive purchases. For first-time users, this creates frustration instead of trust. A better customer retention strategy would be allowing users to fully test the platform before demanding additional payments.

The AI quality may be interesting, but the pricing model feels unfair and disappointing. I do not plan to continue using this app.

I’m giving this app a low rate because I purchased it which supposedly to be for 39.99 AED but they charged me 79.98 double its price for their weekly subscription, also I couldn’t generate even a half music videos as after charging me that amount I had to buy extra credit so i cancelled the subscription and deleted the app it’s a total misleading thing and my money gone wasted, I’m contacting Apple support they should look into this app it’s ripping off people with hidden and misleading information they should take it down the platform

You don’t show the cost up front, you don’t allow a small preview even with water mark or low resolution, I paid for 800 credits, my clip costed 940 which I only can find out after creation and payment, then you tell me to see the video recharge again the minimum which is another 800! What kind of a pricing model is this. Rip off. Keep the 800 credits and loose a customer that was willing to pay you on weekly basis.
