The app has got quite a few issues but I find it acceptable but I need to delete the app after every update almost, otherwise it crashes on splash screen. It used to be a great app, such a shame.

Worst app in my cell phone! After the update, I can’t find anything useful. The only thing that I use in this app is the equalizer which is deep five step inside. My experience with Sonos move is very mediocre. I have it for two years and the top tax control doesn’t work anymore!! A 400€ speaker wtf?

My SONOS keeps disappearing from the app and I can’t connect to it unless I do a factory reset, usually multiple times until it actually works. I have tried everything and at this point it only connects to my phone when it feels like. The app does not function at all, only says “not connected” even after connecting to my Sonos system. This is getting so ridiculous and it’s been months of this. I loved my Sonos so much and the sound but at some point it just stopped connecting, please fix this.

My era300 keeps needing to reset to system settings and then it’s very difficult to add it to the system. Nothing seems to work right. For such an expensive piece of hardware I would expect a seamless app that works! In this app nothing works and everything is sooo slow!

Sound settings are not be controlled via Bluetooth and mobile data e.g if you have your Roam in the beach!!
Even via WiFi you cannot control your devices via your smartwatch!

The last update was a major disappointment and ruined the image of the company. Give us the option to downgrade to v.16.1 were everything was  working seamlessly. New version was made from clowns, hardly works, very slow, besides other major issues. Actually if not a downgrade is possible I should give up all my Sonos devices and move to another system which work fast and clean.
