Probably the worst app for any high end product. God forbid that you accidentally unplug the power cord or have a power outage…because good luck in having this rubbish pair again. And even after factory resets, it creates an entire new room and you can’t reassign. Frustrating and wouldn’t buy Sonos again.

The new app is a total disaster. Be sure to read reviews after May 2024 so that you can make an informed decision before buying into this arrogant incompetent Sonos company. The latest version is even worse, if that is at all possible, as it completely drains the phone battery in the background. Avoid.

Absolutely useless piece of software. It keeps on dropping the connection to the speakers and amplifiers. The navigation is way to complex and confusing and the performance is poor. The old app was much better. They continue to try to rescue the mess that they created. It would be much better to trash this carbage and start from scratch with propper UI and performance.
