Sonos needs to fix its app. If you accidentally switch off any product, it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to connect it back to the system. The app is slow and doesn’t allow for a seamless connection between the WiFi and the speakers. The sound quality is amazing but the poor app experience is a turn off. Users wanting to get into the Sonos ecosystem, be aware of this issue!!

Buggy and doesn’t work properly half the time. I can’t sync my Apple Music service, the tuning calibration is completely off, not to mention it hangs and freezes all the time. This app has the potential to be a hit.. but unfortunately for the past 2 builds still the same issues are available. Unable to connect to any of the streaming apps that are integrated on sonos. Always giving me something went wrong. I hope they see this review and fix it as soon as possible.

I’ve been a happy user of the Sonos system and app for 15 years. 
I’ve been through the S1 / S2 transition - fairly ok, even if I ended upupgrading my Play:5’s and Play:3’s.  
This app upgrade is totally catastrophic. 
The UI it’s unclear, slow, the content services are broken, error messages all the time. I just can’t believe they’ve matched this poorly-designed and half-cooked app on our phones. 
Honestly, that’s a warning as a loyal client: Sonos, you’re losing me…
