Я трижды внесла с карты оплату, с карты деньги списались, а на счет ничего так и не поступило.

When I open the app it asks me to update, then I click on the ‘update’ button that takes me to the app store. In the store I only can open the app that takes me back to the same message to do the update.

Es horrible, lo he reportado un millón de veces al call center por redes sociales y aún así no funciona y no se nada de mis consumos y cuando llamo todo lo que hacen es hacerme casos que nunca son solucionados

La aplicación fatal , nunca funciona llevo meses sin poder cargar me el tlf desde aquí , encima lo agentes de Lebara nunca me han dado una solución! Me cambiaré en otra compañía! Fatal 😖

No se puede hacer pagos , forza a pasar pela página web diciendo que debe aceptar a compartir las informaciones.

I really like the app because you don’t need to waste time to go to a store just to top-up your number. I noticed that new user can’t create an account on the app anymore. It is very sad because my friend tried many times. She is a busy person and the customer service doesn’t help when she emailed them

Hard to top up when you get repeated payment errors. As if app cannot handle Mastercard checks…
