Helped me find a place. Lots of strange people look for spare rooms but not the apps fault. UI way better than the ad. Just leaving this review to counteract the fact I’m deleting the app but only cos it served its purpose. Best to buy the one week pass to contact ads straight away.

This app finds more and more ways to profit off of those desperately finding somewhere to live. £5 to verify your profile - You now have to bid to keep your ad active…

Some agents will schedule viewing and some few days to that you’ll be informed that room has been taken It’s happened twice

I had a small issue with verifying my profile along with the success guarantee facility that you have in place with your pro membership . The first step is to input your mobile number and then receiving the verification code however due to my network, I wasn’t receiving the code. I called the helpline and within seconds a UK base customer service agent (An amazingly knowledgeable and helpful gentlemen, whose name I have forgotten sadly) answered my call assisted me incredibly effectively and resolved my issues these within minutes!! Including without any hesitation or any terms and condition small print the companies like to use to void their advertised unique selling point. I’m so impressed by the service Ive just received by this gentleman I spoke too! He really needs to be commended on his customer service experience & knowledge of your internal systems as well as resolutions for customers. I’ve used the app a number of times over the years, but I haven’t paid for the extra features of your pro & new verification features. The experience over the years hasn’t necessarily been fantastic but I have literally had my opinions changed and will be with it recommending this to every and anyone I know that is moving Home. Thank you again for your assistance and I really wish I could remember the gentleman’s name, but he was absolutely fantastic.
