The first step is to input your mobile number and then receiving the verification code however due to my network, I wasn’t receiving the code. I called the helpline and within seconds a UK base customer service agent (An amazingly knowledgeable and helpful gentlemen, whose name I have forgotten sadly) answered my call assisted me incredibly effectively and resolved my issues these within minutes!! Including without any hesitation or any terms and condition small print the companies like to use to void their advertised unique selling point. I’m so impressed by the service Ive just received by this gentleman I spoke too! He really needs to be commended on his customer service experience & knowledge of your internal systems as well as resolutions for customers. I’ve used the app a number of times over the years, but I haven’t paid for the extra features of your pro & new verification features. The experience over the years hasn’t necessarily been fantastic but I have literally had my opinions changed and will be with it recommending this to every and anyone I know that is moving Home. Thank you again for your assistance and I really wish I could remember the gentleman’s name, but he was absolutely fantastic. I would said that one or two they answer, because the ads stay as early bird and need to pay to get priority. So for get the deal need to pay, and the fee it’s very expensive. And If after that if you call, they will answer that the property it’s gone so a lot of ads are still live online but in reality the property it’s gone. Advice to anyone read my experience. Do not pay, not worth it! Wait that ads becomes available and free to contact.
