Wish I would’ve started Sparks a couple years ago and get to meet great people help out others and earn a little extra money

Walmart is a billion dollar company , yet cannot invest in even basic app programming. The app is often non functional, crashes often , & tech support is non existent This review is not for the driver experience or payscale , simply for the app

The app has been taken over by criminal organizations. Many of the accounts are stolen identities that they gotten hold off. Many times they will also have multiple accounts. A legit shopper will have a hard time getting orders. Walmart owns this gig and don’t really seem to care has long as the orders are going out.

Walmart scams the drivers, if you don’t pickup crappy orders 7 dollars, Walmart will not send you good orders at all.

Very nice for me and better than door dash nd uber eat

I can’t do anything past the location screen and the app support and help just send me right back to the Home Screen.

Deben revisar la aplicacion con respecto al calculo de metricas, el “completion rate” se esta reduciendo en porcentaje potencialmente para los drivers aun cuando no hemos cancelado viajes, en las tiendas acostumbran cancelar viajes porque no tienen suficiente personal, porque quieren que ese viaje lo tome un “amigo” o porque se supone que hay ordenes duplicadas o fantasma que andan en la app en un loop, se supone que esto solo debería afectarnos si nosotros mismos cancelamos un viaje antes de completar 30 min de espera, pero no es así, la cancelación por parte de las tiendas y las fallas de la app están haciendo que la métrica se reduzca.

Honestly, the offers and customer service are horrible. I have been calling for weeks and all the agents send me to other departments. I spend more than an hour on the call and they never resolve anything.

I don’t understand how this app claims your acceptance rate doesn’t effect offers but it does! I get so many offers from stores in my “zone” that are all too far away, and because I do not accept any of those, my acceptance rate is dropping and I’m receiving LESS an LESS offers from the two stores I do accept offers from constantly. How can I raise my acceptance rate if you aren’t sending me offers to the stores I am currently located at? Makes no sense why I would accept an “ASAP” offer to a store that is 10 miles away and because I don’t accept them, my acceptance rate is dropping which in turn is dropping my complication rate which is weird because I complete every offer I do accept. This app is turning into trash.

The app messes up and cancels orders and then you don’t receive compensation. The customer service is appalling! When it works it’s alright but it messes up a lot! You will be talking to the incompetent customer service soon if your spark
