All users want is an App to view their remaining data and usage, not your worthless ‘news’ and upcoming events. I understand you are trying to make money from selling our data and flooding us with advertisements that we don’t want, but how about you acknowledge we already pay for this service? 
Revert back to the old App, lay off staff that give stupid ideas such as these ‘updates to enhance our experience’, return to showing the data and nothing else.

Overcharged every month on my pathetic wireless broadband plan. Promised it was fixed last month only to be cut off again. No competition in the countrysides! Hopeless lack of service.

These guys are the most useless pack of c;:)$ ever. 14 hrs on the ph. countless trips to my mothers house all with the same result. Pass the buck and do nothing. Never mind my 80 year old mother who is in very bad health and needed a ph and wifi in case of emergency for over two weeks and still nothing done. Don’t waste your time. Will never use or recommend for anything full stop. Company should be dissolved

Awful app, can’t change or remove payment details. All transactions fail or cause the app to crash. I am switching providers. Screw Spark.

Every time I try to add a new card and I do a captcha it says captcha verification failed. I am not a robot. When I report the bug there is also a bug with the ‘see how to report issues with detailed logs’ link. The link doesn’t work.

App doesn’t work, couldn’t be read as not in the correct format. Over the last year app crashed many times, when it works gives good data. Spark should really be better than this.

Customer service messaging is a total waste of time. Can't get a straight answer and if you request a call back you are talked at, at great speed and not listened to. 2 different people will give you 2 totally different answers to the same question.

The app keeps on saying that I have overdue payments and “previous charges”. I am 100% positive that I have paid my bills on time but the app says otherwise and says I have not paid for the last months bill. 
This is not the first time something like this has happened. I went into my nearest spark branch and they said we just had overdue payments but I have already PAID. I am really disappointed at the fact that spark is trying to get more money off of me and the fact the spark employee from NORTH WEST did not do anything to help me solve this problem. Spark is a total joke.

just switched to 2degrees and boy oh boy oh boy am i going to be saving money. data and credit is super overpriced and when i top up my balance to 10 dollars to buy a 4 dollar product it somehow takes the rest of the money i topped up and messages me saying “your balance is now under $1, top up now” ?????? very very very sad spark goodbye :(

Even after trying to reinstall and reboot can’t connect. And as others have said all my prior data has gone. Got a message the other day saying I’m on casual rates!!!!! What the !!

Tried logging in and have to reset login each time app does update, click on link sent via email received to reset log in, that gets accepted. Then have to sign in and app requests a verification code and says it  sending it by email, it never arrives. Check spam folder nothing there either . Home page says you can do everything via app, but can’t log in to access the app. Have emailed spark and guess what, no response. If your looking for a app that constantly locks you out everytime it updates and combined with a lack of support, then this is the best one by far to waste your time.

The fading of font on the balances screen from top to bottom from black to almost white on the app screen makes it very difficult to read to the end. I have tried to contact Spark about this, but their technicians are really intelectually challenged. One can’t send them an email. Stone walling customers.
