How can I pay
Pay securely in app with a debit or credit card, add your Business account or pay cash.
Your safety
Track your driver in real time, you’ll see your driver’s name, picture, rating and vehicle details including registration before arriving. Need to contact your driver, message or call directly from the app.
Need a multi seater vehicle or upgrade to VIP?
Both available through the app, ETA and quotes available prior to booking.
Rate and tip your driver
Rate your driver after every trip and help us improve our service. You can also tip your driver in app to show your appreciation.

Top driver, very friendly and was quick on time Recommend him
Excellent service
First time booking on the app, after a couple of stupid mistakes, it was easy. Driver arrived early (a positive) and the journey was very smooth. Can recommend.

Drivers don’t show up and we are charged for cancellation
Very disappointing service from this provider. They take the money from the payment method entered even before fulfilling their service. I had to cancel the booking as the driver didn’t show up even after 30 minutes and was still charged. Best to avoid this app.

Bugs
I used to enjoy this app but lately when I try to prebook a trip, it changes by itself the time of the pickup in 1 February at 19:30 , like what the heck.
Payment failure several times.
The app started well but to be honest it’s become a bit of a liability. Three times now it’s failed to take the payment from the card, this means If you don’t have cash you’re knackered. At the start of my last journey the driver asked me where I was going to which made me wary, so I asked him if the booking had come through, he said ‘not yet’ so I asked it the payment would go through ok he said ‘yes’ ......guess what? Sort it out Speedline!!
