The major issue is that the search results are not arranged by relevance. Hence, I am scrolling down old spice deodorant options when I have searched for 'makhana'. Also, the shopping cart retains my previous orders and I had to manually delete each item as there isn't a 'clear cart' option. As a new but recurring user (3 times in 5 days), I expect a smarter app.

I find it very interesting and convenient to place orders online. It’s saving of time as well. Delivery service is good.

Items vanish from cart without any notice. For some reason even items shown as available and added to cart gets removed after checking ‘availability’. The items are not categorised well into the respective categories.

Online order delivery which was supposed to be delivered in an hour has not arrived after 4 hours, spoiling weekend plans. Couldn’t leave house as had to wait for the order. Customer service kept saying it will be delivered as soon as possible- but basically they have no clue to anything since they are unable to give an estimated time. Extremely disappointed. I wish i ordered through Swiggy Instamart. Never order through online Spencers app, go for other insta order apps who deliver in a timely manner.

Never order from Spencer’s on call, they will keep you on hold for hours for the delivery. Swiggy insta mart is better I would say

Please stop using their app. Terrible service. No order gets delivered. No one tells the truth from their customer care. The app is full of bugs and has terrible UI.
