Plans change and so I no longer need my Spot Hero parking spot that I booked months ago. And within a minute or so, I have cancelled my reservation and my refund is on the way. And all this after Spot Hero helped me secure a great parking spot in Pittsburgh next month with additional time to boot! Great app and organization.

Found this app on a recent trip to T.O and it was me who was the HERO - driving around the city and cruising into Doris Day parking everywhere we went. Flawless experience and loved the app’s built in directions to my reserved spot. Would not leave home again without SpotHero.

One part of the app says you can get back money for time that you don’t use. I realized I parked in the wrong spot and tried to stop my parking on the app, but it said even if I stopped it I wouldn’t get any money back. That was a good part about the Edmonton epark app.

We are no longer afraid of going to the downtown! It’s not (just) a parking app, it’s a downtown enabler! It’s huge! Thank you!

The app has stopped sending notifications over the last month. Please look into this.

My friend recommended this app and I’m so happy she did. Sometimes it’s absolutely impossible to find affordable parking in Toronto, especially downtown and street parking is insane. I’ve saved so much money with this app and have never had issues with the lots I’ve parked in! Highly recommend.
