Squeezy

I purchased this app and now I regret that. I purchased it only because I have heard it will send you Reminders about sessions few times a day. Even though they are all turned on it didn’t send me even one time since I installed it. So much dissapointment. I want my money back.

..it to at least vibrate/ring to signal when to stop/start squeezing. It makes no difference whether you select the option for it or not, the app has a brain if its own and will always do as it pleases 😂

I was recommended this app by my pelvic floor physiotherapist and I’m so glad she did. Her mentor during her training developed the app. It really works and the reminders I set each day allow me to do the exercises at the times that work for me. If I stop doing them I soon realise as I start to leak again - that’s how I know it is working.

It’s not always easy to find a convenient time to do the squeeze exercises even though it’s only a few minutes. Three years ago I had a repair to my prolapse bladder, it was the best thing ever, I will find the time to squeeze, certainly wouldn’t want another prolapse.

So simple to use and always there to remind me to keep on top of the exercise regime.

Would be better if you had a reminder we still had remaining exercises not done at the end of the day instead of next exercise 9am tomorrow. . . . . ???

I like the app but on the quick setting you cannot slow the intervals down (which I need to follow my medical plan).

Generally a good , clear ap to use . Grievance is it does not always record the squeeze session as Done . The page shows the next activity as the same you just completed . 🤯

I get the alert at my allotted time, do my exercises and save. But Squeezy keeps sending reminders. Surely it knows that I’ve done my exercises and saved ? Mike
