App is ok to check a few things but it appears not optimised for mobile. Also impossible to submit a meter reading through the app.

I have been on to Customer Support numerous times over the last month about constant error messages on this app. I cannot see my bills at all or put money off my account. It used to be very reliable and no amount of uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing the history or clearing the cache has resolved it. Very poor response from CS.

I have never seen a more useless company , website and app, outstanding levels of incompetence to be honest. The app never works and I really mean NEVER!! Website is constantly crashing, can't login to enter my meter reading. I will simply NOT PAY and see what they do next. You ask so much money for nothing, fix your God damn app and website!! P.S.: seems to be a common thing in Ireland, hard to believe that this country is in the stoneage when it comes to digitalisation.

I switched to SSE from Bord Gais - this app is useless! Constant problems logging in - doesn’t recognise password even after multiple resets. Unbelievably slow when by pure miracle you manage to log in (took me 17 tries to one day!). Tried today to access my latest bill and it’s endlessly scrolling and won’t download the bill. Utterly frustrated customer here! Woeful app!

Both app and web causing massive login issues once logged out even if password is correct. Have tried to clear cache and cookies from customer service agents suggestion but did not help one bit. Have not been able to make payment via app for months now and having to call to make a payment every time which takes up much of my day. App and web are both completely unusable, can’t access own account details, billing etc to make payment, literally just relying on blind trust of calling an agent till someone picks up to make the payment without the bill in front of me, extremely poor app, poor service, terrible and very disappointed especially having been a long time Airtricity customer.

Problem logging into my account since the app was changed have been in contact with them seem unable to sort it. Had this problem before it took them about 2 weeks to sort it Customer service not very good.

Every time I open the app, I have to sign in. What’s worse is, it doesn’t allow username and password to be saved in keychain. If anyone is reading this (and all the other reviews), do something.

App is very poor the last few months. Wont load fully. I always submit my meter reading via the app but it takes a few goes of using the app for it to register my readings. Needs to be fixed.

Rather than address the issues with the app they advise you to use their website. Not good enough
