The app cannot see liquid HEX if you add a wallet address to list of addresses to watching for. Shows zero. That needs to get fixed. And please make the main page’s stats for top gainers or losers disappearable/ or on/off. Users want to see just HEX and it’s various statistics.

What crypto I can stake in staker? I can’t understand why I have to buy it.

I am a novice with cryptocurrency, but the app does a pretty good job at making everything clear. Recently, during the Pulse chain implementation, I struggled with the app, as it would totally lock up on me and what information I could view was not all correct. The team worked hard to quickly address their issues and I finally was again able to use the app as intended. That let me use the help option to have my other questions addressed. I was amazed to receive a reply in minutes and was led through the steps to fix my problems in no time. The customer service bar has been set so low by the big communication companies that it is not hard to surpass that, but I found this customer service to be truly top notch.

This app had a recent update and some tech stuff happened to the token. My app no longer works. Is completely frozen and my funds are gone. Thousands of dollars show as zero balance on a frozen app that doesn’t work. Have followed all of the tech advice and they are very slow to help. No cool so far.

This app is terrible. It will sometimes open and sometimes not. When it does open it will freeze and you can’t do anything. It sounded like it would be a great app, but did not work for me

Just a white screen. This is useless.

Sent some PulseBitcoin over to the wallet and it never arrived, even after the confirmation on block explorer. (Says my wallet has it on the block explorer, but will not display on staker app) I also sent some Hex from Ethereum token over and the same thing happened, it will not allow me to type the contract address of the token to import it into my wallet, very frustrating.

This app has a beautiful interface and for Hex and PulseChain holders, provides global metrics and personal stats on BOTH chains. The wallet is also easy to use and if you ever have any questions, the support team is quick to help and respond! I highly recommend this app!

I’ve been copying and pasting my Wallet Address for the past week and everytime I push “Save” it just says “Saving….” and never actually saves the wallet address. I’ve updated to the latest iOS 16.4.1, updated the Staker app, and even tried deleting and downloading the app. It still will not work. Please help. UPDATE: THE APP FINALLY WORKS. Updated review to 5 stars.

Breaks down your stakes individually with all sorts of data points. Helps you visualize your stakes from all corners. Thanks Stef and team. You all are awesome. Keep up the great work.
