Now I need to contact customer support. I expected better from Starbucks at a city like Hong Kong. The app has so many bugs and is unusable at this point! I rarely review apps, either great or horrible, but I feel compelled to add my voice to the growing chorus that this app is horrifically unusable. It is now to the point of almost being unusable. When I place an order online, the cart doesn’t update with the items by the time I get to the payment screen. So I have to find my way back, order again, then navigate in and out, to get back to change the quantity back from 2 to 1 before I can pay. At one outlet at City of Dreams in Macau, payments haven’t worked in months as all orders just show pay order fail.
