I have a couple of reviews, 1) This app is not accessible to users that have a US Apple ID. Users need to have a PH Apple ID to download this app. 2) Am unable to add Visa Credit Cards. I tried adding an active HSBC Visa Credit Card multiple times but I kept on getting a payment failed message and a card bind error. 3) This app does not allow non-PH credit cards as a mode of payment. 4) This app does not allow the Starbucks card to be downloaded on the Apple wallet. Thanks!
App keeps signing me out even if I check the keep me signed in option, such a hassle especially when you have to log in every single time
This app Needs UPDATE and they need to be able to allow customers to add customization option for drinks!!! After ordering cant cancel anymore too
I ordered via App for In-store Pick Up in Santa Clara, Santa Maria Branch and I still waited in store for 20 minutes! Poor service!!!!

Enabled face ID did not work. Asks me to log in with UN and Pw everytime
Logged me out and Locked me out despite the correct password.
I had to create a new account bc my old account is inaccessible even though it allows me to reset password. Then they put you on account lock if you make 3 password error attempts for 60 minutes which is inconvenient when paying.
I really hate when this app keeps on logging me out whenever an update on the app is available. Too inconvenient and automatic logging out makes NO SENSE at ALL. Unbelievable!
The app works as intended but the pickup location feature annoys me. I wanted to pickup my order at a specific store but the app keeps telling me i’m too far even though I can reach that location at around 8 min or less because I live nearby that store. Remove the 3km restriction or increase the threshold.
