Starling is an absolutely fantastic Banking service that is easy to navigate via the app and has your interest at heart.

Security is their main focus as with most banks however they seem to be at the top of the market.

If I was to have a gripe , that would be the amount of money you can withdraw from your account at any one time via the Post Office however it’s not something I need to do regularly; maybe there should be something within the app that overrides the daily limit where staff contact you and carry out security checks but that aside I am happy with the service from Starling.. 10/10

I spent ages going through their online application process which they said would only take 10 minutes, what a load of rubbish that was, more like an hour. Just to be told that they would not be giving me an account for my business, and even more frustrating they won’t give you a reason why after all of the time that you spend applying with them.

I simply wanted to open a retail business with a business bank account selling furniture online, and they turned me down, so if you’re thinking about doing the same, I really wouldn’t waste your time. You’ll be very disappointed.

Starling offered something that really fitted my needs and it keeps getting better now with a saving space and decent interest to add to the list of must have features. Seeing transactions in real time plus statements at the press of a button for accounting makes it so much easier.
