I wanted to be able to find a workout I saw on the show or a recipe but they are not on the app even though the link in the start today email sends you to the app. Definitely a money making app that is not user friendly. I won’t renew.

I enjoyed the workouts on this app very much (I’m not very interested in the meal plans).They are definitely suited to my age and level. However, I did try to reach out to customer service at one point with a question and never received a response. Also, the picture size is definitely suited more to phones than larger devices like an iPad, which is what I prefer to use. At this point, I’m not continuing with the app but may return at some point.

I like the overall idea of the app but the nutrition section needs serious work. There is a glitch when you select recipes as your favorite, they don’t stay marked. It would be more beneficial if there was an option for weekly meal plans to made from just favorite recipes. Most people looking to lose weight or have weight issues has a picky palate.

I wouldn’t download the app. I have a shellfish allergy and I couldn’t find a spot to sort recipes without shellfish. I tried to delete my account and it sent me a code with no where to input the code. I feel like there are better apps to spend $65 a year on.
