I've been using the SS app for a month now and I think it's brilliant. It's easy to use, it has loads of little features and attention to detail which makes it perfect for anyone doing the novice program.

I would like to see the app develop further in order to accommodate intermediate and advanced lifters who progress beyond the novice stage.

Overall, it's well worth the money.
