I needed a place to store my backpack for a couple of hours while in Bristol. The app said this hotel was a 1 minute walk from my location. Great! I do the whole registration and pay only to find out the hotel is a 20 minute walk from my location. What do you do? Walk there and back and then there and back again? 40 minutes per trip did not leave time for me in the allotted 2 hours to do what I wanted to do without lugging my bag along.

I booked Stasher and canceled less than 10 minutes after making the reservation. Despite their advertised “100% refund guarantee”, they refused to issue a refund.

To make things worse, their customer service is run by AI bots that give canned, unhelpful responses. I tried multiple times to get a human to resolve the issue—nothing. No empathy, no accountability.

Their refund policy is a bait-and-switch, and their “support” system is a joke. If you value your time and money, steer clear of Stasher. There are better, more transparent options out there.

Used them to store a suitcase so I can go to the Orsay museum in Paris. Get to location with nobody at said address. Had a timed ticket that I had to forfeit. Customer service was no help, thanks for nothing. Do not use this service, they’re terrible

I needed a safe place to leave my luggage in between Airbnbs. Stasher was a great option I didn’t even know about. Happy I found it, solved my luggage problem so I could explore while in vacation and not be tied down with my bags.

We came to stash our luggage. Hotel had no idea about the reservation. The reservation in the app didn’t have any way to cancel it and we ended up paying in cash at the hotel additionally to the payment in the app. App devs should put a bit of an effort in integration with hotels rather than in ‘cool’ UI.

Not a great first time experience with this company. I booked and reserved space at a storage company I found through the Stasher website and when I got to the address provided, it was vacant! All customer support could do was tell me to follow the address. Also, the confirmation claims you’re able to cancel at any time through the app which wasn’t an option I could find. Will not recommend their services to anyone after this.

The use of the app and mobile site is easy enough, but you can’t see the address of the place before you buy, which is not good for logistics when you are trying to plan your trip. But the main reason for one star is that I specifically checked to make sure a shop had no baggage size or weight restrictions before booking for 35 pounds (five days). When I arrived, they said because the bag was 2 or 3kg over their (unposted) limit, they wanted to charge me an extra 30 pounds (5 per day) on top of 35 I’d already paid. Again, no indication of anything of the sort on the app. They then offered me the “deal” of only charging me 15 pounds extra. Nothing like having the wool pulled over your eyes when you’re on a tight schedule.

I checked the reviews of all storage places on Google and so many had bad reviews. This place turned out to be the greatest. I needed somewhere close to the castle and the train station. Perfect location. Great price. No waiting for drop off or collection. Polite staff. I rarely leave reviews but Stasher deserves one. Thank you!
