This app is so good! I love being able to track daily trends and analyze how I’m feeling currently with how things have been going over the past week.

For us colorblind people, it is EXTREMELY difficult to tell the difference between green and yellow on this app. If you could make the green a darker green that would be a HUGE help. Thank you!

I’m a college athlete who has been using this app for about a month now. I like it a lot and think it’s a cool way to identify problem areas in my life, but one thing that I’ve noticed is that if I put yellow or red for some of the categories like mental health, motivation, or gratitude, I feel like it’s a self-fulfilling prophecy and I have a “yellow” or “red” outlook/attitude going into the rest of my day. For me, just putting green for these categories, even if I don’t necessarily feel it, makes me feel better and more motivated and happier as I go throughout my day. I see the idea behind measuring these metrics, but I almost feel like a more positive approach to mental health would be to focus on having a good day rather than just monitoring these emotions and basically telling yourself that you’re tired or demotivated or stressed. If I’ve learned anything from this app, it’s the power of faking it until you make it, but this isn’t necessarily the way the app is intended to be used. Overall, I like the app and I really appreciate the quotes everyday but I think it could be tweaked for the better!

Too soon for a full evaluation, but the constant reminders to update status, long after it has been updated, is a bug worth noting. Tried to send feedback through the app but it locked up and did nothing.

I’ve been using this for almost a month now and it’s good to see your daily trends. It’s easy to be honest with where you are at individually and can choose to share or not share that with others.
