Recently bought a Mjojo meal with an ice cream cone online for collection, the lady that was helping me was adamant that the meal comes with a milkshake which is not on my receipt. She went on and rang a completely different order with the milkshake and i had to pay a much more amount than i went to pay at the store , also waiting for more than 10 minutes for an order i placed 30 minutes ago .

Very disappointing!I waited more than an hour to receive an order that’s wrong and very cold .After calling and asking them to correct my order,they sent me a burger that had very dry chicken patty with no sauce and cold.When i asked them about it,they said i didn’t specify what sauce i wanted on the “Chilli chicken cheese burger”,when there’s actually no option on the app for the sauce on this meal and on the description of the meal it specifically states that it has a patty with chilli sauce.So i waited close to 3hrs and still was not happy with my order. To say i’m disappointed is actually an understatement.It does not even deserve a star.

I’ve ordered 4 times and each time it gets worse. On the last order I had to cancel delivery and went to the store to collect. only to be given a wrong order! A few minutes later one of the drivers came to drop off the rest of my order! Steers Broadacres TERRIBLE! Friendly advice- just offer collection service. Your delivery system is extremely poor! App doesn't even show the progress of your order.
