Stop & Shop Rx

At least 60% of the time the app won’t run, circle of death followed by code dump. It doesn’t have the information I really need, “in process” (which the web app has) so I can see if a prescription called in has been received and is being worked on. Sadly, it seems as if when the app isn’t working the web site just hangs at login too. I love the pharmacy and staff, I wish the app and website were more useful (or even ran!)

Never had a problem with any Stop and Shop pharmacies. Nothing but issues at CVS.

This app seems to always har an issue. Very problematic!

This is the worst medical app I've ever used. It's always down or unable to be used for some reason. Medications are too important to be messed with in this way. Use CVS instead.

I haven’t been able to use it for its intended use because it keeps freezing. It’s frustrating.

This service is just perfect. However, the staff at the Bridgeport location in Shelton is the best.

Oh and off for a while now, and over the past 2 months, when I log in, all it shows is a bunch of back end code. On top of that, when I was able to log in, it continually told me my payment method was not able to be used. I would enter my payment method again and all it did was create duplicates that were all rejected and it doesn't give you the option to remove or delete your payment method.

I continue to be amazed at the knowledge, efficiency, and friendliness of the pharmacists and staff at my local pharmacy. I had used an independent pharmacy for over 49 years and was very disappointed when they closed a year ago. I tried a large chain and found it to be very frustrating with lack of staff consistency, lots of waiting and incessant phone messages. I tried Stop & Shop due to the convenience of being in my grocery store. To my delight, it has been an excellent experience. I look forward to stopping by the pharmacy instead of dreading it. The convenience of the refill process using a bar code is pretty easy too.

Very easy

Just tried to open and it hung (circle of death) and then finally barfed code. Closed and tried again and same thing. Unusable. App and phone both uptodate. Refill history is never sorted with most current refill and shows duplicate outdated/expired scripts for refill.
