### ***-- "It works but the app is frustrating"
Pleased to say I’ve not vaped/smoked since listening to the initial audio, so happy. However the app itself is so frustrating to use. I did the 2 audios and hypnosis but forgot to hit completed so could not access the day 1 audio the next day, as have to wait for it to appear rather than there being a drop down menu. Then the screen for the hypnosis after the initial audio doesn’t fit on my screen so could not press the play button so had to reset the entire thing to take me back to the hypnosis from the initial screens which then means I can’t access the days 2-5 audio. It would be better if there was a drop down to access each area as and when! The app just feels a bit cheap and frustrating to use.
