Terrible app in my opinion. I wasn’t able to set up an account due to not being able to select the state I live in. Customer service had to do it for me. I wasn’t able to select a subscription without customer service doing it for me. Each time I would click on the subscription, I would get directed to a page that said “The page you were looking for doesn’t exist.” I’m not able to open any photos. I can only see them on a thumbnail view. I can only see the most recent 25 photos. I’m not able to update my camera settings on the app like I’m supposed to. I’m not able to filter any of the photos. Far from impressed

Have been using the app for a while now and I am very pleased with the newest format. Opening the app to see my pictures is great. Love the cameras too.

My app was working pretty good till I updated it a few days ago. Now I have to close the app out and sign in again just to get new pictures. It has turn into a pain. Wish I’d never updated.

Not sure

I’ve been using this app for a little over two years now. Great app easy to navigate, very easy to set cameras up and change settings on your cameras. Also very easy to add cameras.

I’ve invested in 10 of these cams. 4 have failed within the first few months. Now the app seems like it’s frozen and pics are not being uploaded/updated. I’ll count my losses and lick my wounds and terminate my subscription soon.

When you go to all photos and swipe up to load more recent pics. It just has the loading more circle spinning and never updates. You can sign out and log back in and it’ll work correctly for a few time and then goes back to only displaying the fist round of photos and loading more. Also when going to the setting of any camera from the Home Screen and then hitting the back button it takes you back to the subscriptions page and not photos. Makes no sense and adds an extra click to get back to the camera/ photo screen. I’ve been a customer for over a decade and have 9 cells cams since the beginning of Browning’s cell camera debut and the cameras and customer service are excellent but the app is lacking.

I have been running 2 of these cameras for about 4yrs now. As far as the app. It’s always been fine. Works well, and easy to use. But the last update has been bad. Refreshing photos locks up. It’s getting to the point where you have to completely and constantly close it out. And try again

I’ve tried a few different name brand game cameras and found the Browning cameras to work the best for me. Everything is simple and straightforward, it just works when I need it. The app works just as well for me. I’m interested in seeing future updates and features, but am very satisfied with how well these work together.

The latest version only allows you to scroll back about 10 photos. You’re unable to see most of your pictures. Please fix. 4/8/24 update did not resolve the issue.
