This company are absolute scammers. They are the TRUE SCAMMERS. I urge everyone to stay FAR AWAY! They steal money, freeze your accounts whenever they feel like. No actual support team. Poor company, to be honest im surprised they havent been investigated by the FCA as im certain they would be shut down!

I complained to the company that they had taken an additional fee for a service I did NOT use. They gave me a garbage response and pretended that they didn’t know what transaction I was referring to. When I wrote two follow up emails they ignored me and took the additional fee anyway. Cancelling my account. Also their support team are snarky and sarcastic. They speak down to you with their snotty tone. I will be reporting them to every financial institution I can. Avoid.
