StubHub has the strange policy where they will not refund your ticket if an event has been postponed.

A ticket I bought has been postponed since last year, and they still have not reached a conclusion about whether the event was canceled or not. The event was obviously canceled, but their customer service team continues to use faulty and outdated links to prove that it was “postponed”. The official vendor and event location do not have the event listed anywhere. 

Basically, 200+ dollars are held up in their app and will likely never return to me.

Yesterday my husband received an email saying, here are your tickets yet when clicking “get tickets” it was impossible to get them. The option would not go live. The venue said, that’s not your email! Yet he received it at the same email! StubHub phone help gave unhelpful directions and hundreds of dollars were lost. Today, a ticket I transferred weeks ago was oddly back in my account! Something is terribly wrong! Stay away from StubHub!

If I could give them 0/5 I would . I made the mistake of buying a ticket . Unfortunately didn’t realize the event was not in Texas but Tennessee. You can’t get your money. This mf make you jump thru hoops to get some of it . They call you make sure you do what they need but when you need your money from them they can’t call.

Bought a parking pass that was advertised as at the arena. When I received it I realized it was for a garage 1.6 miles away. Contacted stub hub support. They gave me the runaround and ultimately stiffed me on $30.
