I’m a college student. Since last 4-5 months I was trying to log in. But with all my IDs and acceptance letters it showing unable to verify. Tried to contact customer service. But they are very slow and irresponsible.

I am a university student in Canada who saw an ad for this and really wanted to try it! I was able to login successfully once. Every time afterward I’ve been prompted to login again with extra steps since my account had “expired”. My email never worked again in the app or on the website and the support team has been absolutely unhelpful in trying to fix the issue.
