When i started the Keto diet I was pretty confused about all the things I had to remember to do and eat. This app was my lighthouse. From it I learned what I can eat, what impact each food has and so I could see visually where I stand and what is missing at every hour of the day and how much fat I still needed to cunsume, where I stand with carbs etc. I can also see my progress week by week, my average fat intakes, carbs and protein. This is a life saver for beginners! Thanks guys 🙏🏻❤️

Simple, powerful, comprehensive solution to tracking macros.

The scanner has issues with daily foods. It is unable to find common foods that I constantly use. The app does not sync with Apple health unless you log workouts with the app. If I use Apple for workouts it does not sync as expected. You won’t know about these issues unless you pay for app and use it. Then you wasted your money. Needs some tweaking and it will be good. As a follow up, I have been using the app for a week or so and it is annoying. The scanner used to scan fooods is awful. The food library needs more foods added. I eat some very basic foods and they are not included in the food library when trying to scan them. The foods I buy come from a nationwide grocery store and are very popular. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Amazing app for macro tracking, they’ve been updating it frequently and even just did a UI design overhaul. Worth having a lifetime license, has all the functions and features without trying to be waaaay too much like some of the top options when searching for macro trackers. Tysm!

If you plan on scanning items for accuracy, you’re allowed 3 before paying to upgrade.

This app is great and allows macros to be tracked in a simple way. The only thing is after this last update the app has been randomly deleting my logs

i really liked this app before it was fairly easy to use and had minor bug issues. now since the app has updated recently it is almost too frustrating to use. certain things i do like trying to edit food amount that i have entered, make the whole app freeze. and many other similar things. considering i pay for this app and i can barely use it anymore ill probably be switching to something else.

This app really helped me keep on my weight loss goal and a summer cut as well. I am now using it to maintain my gains and stay at a healthy weight Anyone from a body builder to just a mom or dad trying to stay healthy could use this Fantastic user interface and it also allows you to customize and add foods really easily which I found kept me using it
