This is really a great app! I’m so thrilled but it’s really sad you can only write a newsletter only using a laptop and not a phone. Can this be changed?

Great App, but I can't access the site anymore
I've been using Substack for years, and it has been superb. But since last night, I’ve not been able to access the app or site. A couple of my friends complained about the same thing. I'm in Nigeria by the way. Please could you look into this?
Can’t verify my phone number
I just downloaded the app but whenever I try to verify my phone number I get an error 403 prompt
Forgot password?
i don’t know why the app does not have a forgot password option
I can’t send out newsletters
I updated the app and I cannot seem to send news letter out to my subscribers ..!

Nice, but would love profile switching
Substack is a great platform and I love that the app is simple, not showering me with recommendations on my home page but updates from publications I’m subscribed to. But I have 2 substack accounts and would love a feature that allows me switch between both profiles. Is this something you’re considering? Can you make it work?

Why do I have to resort to giving you a one star rating and blacklisting you via paid means? Why can’t you be better as a tech company manager or software company?
