I placed the order at 12:50 via the app and it was due to be done by 1:13 pm via the app. I arrived at 1:20 pm and the order had not been made. 

I then had to proceed to wait until 1:38 pm to receive the order. 

If I could give this experience a 0 I would do so … 

Appalling service and no understanding of empathy to have to wait.

The UX for ordering the sandwiches is perfect, exactly what you need. 
But it really needs Apple Pay support. The current payment gateway is clunky and doesn’t support credit card autofill, which I would imagine would turn a lot of people off

Let me just say this app is getting a review- purelyyyy on the fact subway greenhills has the best staff- and listens when you say extra sauce- or jalapeños in my case haha!! This food has also gotten me through my son being sick and helps me eat healthy and not feel tiered and actually not break my wallet- this place and subway in general!! I not only adore you but you help keep me alive and happy and healthy!! You will always be the way fresh legends!!
