Constantly signs you out and doesn’t let you log back in. And it won’t let you view your basket

Just not worth having subway more than once a fortnight now, where as the older rewards app had a 100% more incentive to get subway for dinner every few days and most weeks daily coffee!!

The app says i have a email that i have used before ive tried to register the new app it says its sent a verification code but nothing arrives ive checked my junk. Reason have to turn off my VPN to work

After the update I can’t even log in without it saying the app saying that I’m apparently in a different country, when I’m not, so I can’t even access the app. And I tried redeeming my hundreds of points only to find out by the cashier that the points have all been wiped off because of the new “update”. How does an update correlate with your points being removed? It should’ve carried over and also the existing app should’ve been updated to prevent all this

Don’t bother. You need to verify yourself by receiving a code via email that takes too long and has expired by the time it arrives.. customer services are as helpful as a chocolate fire guard. Good Bye Subway!!

This new app is terrible. I tried to use it in store where I was told that because it was on iOS, their system can’t scan the QR code in the app, it needs to be added to my wallet. That would be fine if I could add it to my wallet, but when I click the button, it either doesn’t work at all, or just opens a web page with an error code. Been trying for over a month and still the same. Until they can sort this out, I won’t be using them anymore, especially with how expensive they are now.

I downloaded App and took advantage of a 1/2 price voucher. I make my footlong and get it out to be scanned to be told that the system is down to update menu. I pay £8 for a sub instead of £4. I message Subway head office twice and I’m ignored. I then message twice so that they add the points for my £8 sub and again this is ignored. The points aren’t worth much anyway. Subway head office don’t care about customers and this app is worse than the old one.

Usually get the wraps, sometimes treat myself to a tub of meatballs. Fresh and good value.

This is ridiculous… I’ve gone from being able to login and use a Rewards program, to a new app that continues to error on start-up and won’t accept my login… Regardless of multiple password changes.
