Frustrating
The app is very frustrating to use. Have no idea why audio function is so difficult to use. Unresponsive. Very poor UX

I’m a long-time member of Soundview - over 15 years. I typically use their website, but the app is nice to have when traveling.

Lots of bugs
Love the product. Don’t like the new app
App does not seem to work. Tried to download and it worked great before but does not seem to work now.
Unusable App
The app opens but when a summary is selected, nothing opens. There’s no option to read or listen and the book cover doesn’t even appear.
No Car Play ... No Apple Watch
Nice summary But I have 20 min driving to work and I enjoy visiting park and in both situation . I cannot listen to the summary in both situation . I tried to find an app to download mp3 to but it is complicated and not working with me so far . Hope to get good news on that
Garbage
How can you have such a terrible app on 2020? I mean, you guys have been around for a while, you should have a functional app by now. You’re leaving all the market to apps like blinklist.
App doesn’t work
This app (and possibly the company) are bogus. 1. The search function will not return any book selections. Hence my library remains empty. I’ve not been able to listen to a single book. 2. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription, but when I select the Account view the product errors out. So, conveniently for them, their crappy product keeps me from cancelling my subscription. Beware!
Old Reviews?
Most of the reviews are old. I don’t know if it’s just me but the app doesn’t function at all.
