Запрос на возврат был сделан на 1316 дирхам, товары отправлены обратно их курьером, часть даже не была вскрыта, вернули только 824 дирхама. Отслеживать невозможно - только сидеть с калькулятором и вручную подсчитывать, сколько не вернули. Какие товары не приняты и по какой причине - непонятно. Без объяснения причин, втихую поставили другую сумму к возврату. Сейчас все подсчитываю - такая же ситуация с другими заказами у них. Закупалась много, в итоге попала на довольно крупную сумму. Телефона поддержки нет, только бесполезный чат типа ‘no worriezzzzzz!!!!!!’, который не решает ничего.

I paid for things online, they brought me half, not the whole order, 4 months they do not return the money. dont trust them they are scammers!!! they cheat people, sell bad things or take money and don't deliver the order. I'm going to the police tomorrow!

I have made an order in advance for my trip and it has been delivered only partially in the promised timeframe (Thursday-Saturday). One pair of thermal leggings much needed for my old father in -30 degrees has not arrived. There is nowhere to call after 6PM and no courier number mentioned in the app. Yanal in live chat has promised to sort it out, but now it’s Sunday morning and I am at the airport and leaving the country without the order. I am never ordering from this store again, there is much better and more reliable service in Dubai.

Bag Functionality: Moving or deleting items from the bag takes too much time. Additionally, the app often freezes during these actions. 3. Disappearing Items: There are instances where all items in the bag disappear automatically, leaving nothing to proceed to checkout. 4. Wishlist Issues: Moving items to the wishlist is very slow, and the “Wishlist” button in the bag is difficult to tap.

They have mistakenly sent an incorrect order and i have been following up for two weeks without fixing the problem nor returning the items, waste of money
