## Sunweb Description
With the Sunweb app you can easily view all your booking details on your phone!
After you have booked, all you have to do is log in and the booking will be automatically added to the app.

We will then show you in one overview all the important steps and documents you need to travel worry-free.

In addition, you can easily add additional services via the app, such as;

- an extra baby cot
- (travel) insurance
- ski equipment
- a rental car
- extra suitcases

You can also easily contact us or find the answer to your most pressing questions yourself.

Mon voyage s’est bien passée, juste qu’ils disent adulte only et la chambre à côté de nous la gamine avait 8ans et criait sans arrêt.
Si je choisis adulte only s’est pour éviter ce genre d’incident.
La piscine n’était pas chauffé donc pas possible de s’y baigner.
Si les chambres étaient propres et le service était bien.

Kamers waren oké. Behalve de badkamer met het “plakgordijn”. Het ontbijt was rampzalig. Twee weken lang iedere dag ALLES hetzelfde. Maar 1 sterretje waard. Personeel was niet erg behulpzaam. Qua vriendelijkheid erg gereserveerd. Geen 3 sterren waard. De excursie van Sunweb was om snel te vergeten. Dit wat betreft de Griekse avond. Onvriendelijk personeel, koud eten en de Griekse dansers waren slecht en saai. Geen 35 euro waard.

### ***** "Cosmopoliton moet dringend het digitale tijdperk betreden"
Dit hotel is dringend aan vernieuwing toe, de airco werkte niet of nauwelijks in de eetzaal. Maar wat ik nog het ergste vondt is dat wij voor onze laatste avond de a la carte restaurant hadden geboekt, maar die dag was er een hefige regenstorm van 2uur en na de regenbui zijn we nog vlug wat gaan genieten in Rhodos stad, jammer genoeg was het geplande etentje geannuleert omwille van de regen die dag en dit hotel vindt dat een briefje onder de deur schuiven een gepaste manier is om dit te laten weten. In deze tijd van e-mail, sms of simpelweg gewoon bellen is voor hen een briefje onder de deur gepast. Kwas zeer kwaad omwille van het feit dat we net in Rhodos een zeer gezellig terras hadden verlaten om op tijd onze reservatie te halen om dan een briefje te vinden.

Al 12 jaar op reis met Sunweb naar Kreta, en altijd dik in orde !.

Je wordt er opgevangen in Heraklion,
en bij een eventueel probleem snel verder geholpen door de medewerkster ter plaatste.

Deze app kan niet installeren op mijn smartphone.

Software ontwikkelen die men alleen nog kan gebruiken op nieuwe toestellen en niet meer op mijn perfect werkende IPhone 7 kunnen ge-download worden is compleet tegengesteld aan de duurzaamheid die men overal nastreeft. Het doel is alleen om oude toestellen te dumpen en nieuwe te verkopen in de moderne consumptie maatschappij.
