Super Meat Boy Forever findet ein paar Jahre nach den Ereignissen von Super Meat Boy statt. Meat Boy und Bandage Girl führen seit einigen Jahren ein glückliches Leben frei von Dr. Fetus und haben nun ein wunderbares kleines Baby namens Nugget. Nugget ist die personifizierte Freude und bedeutet alles für Meat Boy und Bandage Girl. Eines Tages, als unsere Helden auf einem Picknick waren, schlich sich Dr. Fötus an sie heran, schlug Meat Boy und Bandage Girl mit einer Schaufel bewusstlos und entführte Nugget! Als unsere Helden zu sich kamen und feststellten, dass Nugget verschwunden war, wussten sie, wen sie verfolgen mussten. Sie ließen ihre Knöchel knacken und beschlossen, nicht eher Ruhe zu geben, bis sie Nugget zurück und Dr. Fötus eine äußerst wichtige Lektion erteilt haben würden. Eine Lektion, die nur mit Schlägen und Tritten erteilt werden kann.
 
 Die Herausforderung von Super Meat Boy kehrt in Super Meat Boy Forever zurück. Die Levels sind brutal, der Tod ist unvermeidlich, und die Spieler verspüren das süße Gefühl, des Erfolgs, nachdem sie einen Level geschafft haben. Die Spieler rennen, springen, schlagen und treten sich ihren Weg durch vertraute Umgebungen und völlig neue Welten.
 
 Was gibt es Besseres, als Super Meat Boy Forever einmal durchzuspielen? Die Antwort ist einfach: Super Meat Boy Forever mehrmals durchzuspielen und jedes Mal neue Levels zu spielen. Die Levels werden nach dem Zufallsprinzip generiert, und nach jedem Spielabschluss gibt es die Option, das Spiel noch einmal zu spielen. Das bringt eine ganz neue Erfahrung, denn es werden andere Levels mit eigenen einzigartigen und geheimen Schauplätzen präsentiert. Wir haben buchstäblich Tausende von Levels von Hand erstellt, die die Spieler genießen und erobern können.
