I won a bet slip using their welcome bonus and the minute I logged off I could not log back in even the passcode I made to login quicker doesn’t work. The money got credited but now I can’t even access my account after I submitted my details to get FICA verified. I don’t recommend this app, unreliable and risky. Don’t deposit into this app you might not receive anything even if you win withdrawing is made to be difficult on purpose. Don’t waste your time and money. Even now I can’t log in

You’re forced to go through a lengthy and overly complicated verification process that feels designed to delay or discourage withdrawals altogether. To make matters worse, the app often displays games that have already ended as if they’re available for betting. This is incredibly misleading and wastes your time trying to bet on something that isn’t even active. The user experience is frustrating, and it feels like the app prioritizes taking your money while offering minimal transparency and poor service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Quick to take deposits but I cannot withdraw due to my account not being verified! Never have I had to wait so long to have my account verified? Their chat support isn’t the greatest either! I also never received the welcome bonus that was advertised! Disappointed at this point in time.

Scam

They take weeks to FICA your documents. They will not pay out your winnings at all and their live agent talk just copy and pastes a generic statement saying “due to an influx of blah blah blah..” Rather use another platform and learn from my mistakes.

Great customer service

The sports markets are very responsive and if you ever need help support is available in live chat within seconds. Very impressive.

Minor improvements

You might wanna include the score under “my bets” when the teams are playing just like how it is on the website. And also put the games in order of start time, from the early game to the last game.
