Its hard to put mine on the schedule that program in the system just won’t go

The lights are just want I was looking for love everything about them they change color I can put the automatic to go on every day at same time and go off too i recommend this item

I love the convenience of being able to turn my lights on/off when from the app. HOWEVER, sometimes it doesn’t recognize the device or says it’s offline and then I have to delete and reinstall the app and sometimes that still doesn’t work. Right now the app doesn’t want to connect to my WiFi network and I’m not sure what else to do so I’m deleting the app and just going to use the control.

Runs a couple of my Christmas decorations individually & is working great!

I absolutely love the lights. The app is what I use to control them 100% of the time (I don’t even know where the remotes are anymore).

They only show white lights not colors I must have a bad order so disappointing

Just needs to be reset occasionally which is cumbersome- delete the app, reinstall the app, turn the light on, etc…takes a while and I need to do that every couple months. Other times, the app doesn’t pick up the light bulb…BUT when they work - which is most of the time- they’re great.

App is very easy to use for the basic functions but some themes are extremely limited. For example, looking ahead to Easter, I see absolutely no theme for Easter. Very disappointing. They added some Thanksgiving stuff in November but it was added a bit too late for this year for me before I realized it and was able to use those themes. Hopefully something will be done for Easter as they now have over 5 months until then. And hopefully it will be a decent selection of cute Easter things to pick from. I have found that the animations when possible need to have blank or no background colors to be more clear as to what they are for the curtain lights. I wish there was a way to do basic editing like this to the existing animations and the animations in the cloud library. Also, the DIY section is very clunky to use. And I wonder how the developer actually makes the animations that they seem to very occasionally add anything at all to the cloud library. I was hoping the “ever changing updating cloud library” could have content added to it by all end users to vastly expand the selection but it seems only the developer does it, at least that’s what it looks like. I have had these curtain lights for about 4 months and only 2 animations of The Wild Robot have been added since. These of course have nothing to do with holiday themes…that’s usually the whole point in having these types of lights, at least it was for me. Make it so end users can add curtain light content to the cloud library or at least make it clearer as to how to do it if that capability is already there.

New update is not user friendly. No longer able to make presets, dance to music, can’t pick colors I want. No customization possible at all. Please bring the old interface back. I just got these and the update happened while installing and now I can can’t use the app. Only the control.
