Swiggy: Food Instamart Dineout

First, delivery partners dont know the rules and seems dont read anything regarding orders. Several times, when I clearly put “do not call” or “leave at the door”, delivery partners did exact the opposite. Swiggi, if I put “leave at the door”, I guess, its for a reason and I dont wanna be disturbed. And I have a right to ask for it especially when I pay extra Now it made me understand I shud delete this app coz delivery partner didnt deliver anything - he just went away. And it was clearly shown on map. Support team wasted my time and only then returned money. At least money, but time is still wasted. So ya, not worthy. Zomato is the option only I guess

This is a very bad delivery, the ice cream was at the bottom of the package, melted and crushed, some of the products were not reported, the support service ignores

Like many other Indian services in this application there is no possibility to register if there is no Indian mobile phone. It's a garbage for non Indian mobile numbers.

Really enjoying this app. Delivery mostly faster then expected, good variety of restaurants and caring couriers. Waiting for door to door delivery for ANY parcel all around India.
