تقف بقا ف الشارع بالشنط وتستنى انت بالساعة لحد م توصل لحد من الsupport 
ال برضه مش هايفيدك ب حاجة غير انه هو هايفضل يتكلم ب هدوء عشان دي شغلانته وعشان هما ماكلفوش نفسهم يختارو كباتن مسئولة ف مش هايكلفو نفسهم يشوفو حل ل مشكلتك

كانت تجربتي مع SWVL سيئة للغاية . السائق المُعين لرحلتي، لم يظهر في الموقع المحدد، وعندما تواصلت معه تحدث معي بطريقة غير لائقة وغير احترافية تمامًا. وللأسف، قام بإغلاق هاتفه بعد المكالمة الأولى، مما جعلني عالقًا وغير قادر على الوصول إلى وجهتي التي كانت في غاية الأهمية.

هذا الموقف أظهر لي بوضوح أن SWVL خدمة غير موثوقة ولا يمكن الاعتماد عليها في المواعيد الهامة. غياب الاحترافية والمساءلة من قبل السائقين يعكس صورة سيئة للغاية عن الشركة. أنصح الجميع بالابتعاد عن استخدام SWVL إذا كانوا يقدّرون وقتهم وراحة بالهم.

We are three women who requested a ride to return from Alexandria to Cairo. One ride was booked through my app, and my friend requested two additional seats because the app only allowed us to book two seats per ride. The scheduled ride was at 4:22 PM. We attempted to contact the driver, but his mobile phone returned an error. During the ride time, the company contacted us to inform us that the ride would be delayed by 30 minutes. After this, we received a notification stating that the ride had been missed.

The company does not have a call center, so we were required to send them a message on Facebook. After 15 minutes, they called me back. Their proposed solution to the problem—three women stranded on the street needing to return to their home—was to wait for the next available ride. What a “wonderful” solution; I am surprised I didn’t think of it myself. Unfortunately, the next ride had only one available seat, even though we were three passengers. This demonstrates the company’s poor problem management.

In conclusion, users have three options when faced with such issues: solve the problem themselves, figure out how to get home on their own, or wait in the street indefinitely.

For these reasons, I do not recommend anyone use this app if they value safety and reliability, as the company does not take responsibility for its customers.

First, the app’s user interface is poorly designed and unintuitive. Important features like booking history and real-time tracking are difficult to navigate or simply unresponsive. For a transportation app, you would expect live tracking to work seamlessly, yet I experienced multiple instances where tracking was unavailable, delayed, or outright incorrect.

Second, the accuracy of driver arrival times is abysmal. On numerous occasions, estimated arrival times were wildly off, resulting in long waits or canceled trips without explanation. When drivers do arrive, they often report issues with the app, such as wrong pickup/drop-off locations, leading to further delays and confusion.

Perhaps most disappointing is the lack of customer support. Attempts to resolve issues with the app are met with either canned responses or unhelpful guidance. Support agents seem either untrained or unwilling to address genuine concerns, leaving users stranded with unresolved issues and, frankly, feeling unvalued.

For an app that promotes itself as a “convenient and efficient” transportation solution, swvl misses the mark entirely. I strongly advise others to consider alternative transportation apps that are more reliable, transparent, and committed to customer satisfaction. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend swvl to anyone.

They charged me for a trip that I didn’t book and when I reached out for the customer service they weren’t helpful at all and they were super rude just sending some saved automated mails. They don’t about their customer satisfaction or even their reputation!
