Annoying requests

I consider very annoying the pop up request to confirm if the speed camera still there, that very annoying especially when u drive 10 times on the same road per week!!!

Didn’t work for me

I subscribed to Sygic via the App Store. The installed App did not work from the time it was installed (Stuck on download local map) No response from Sygic support (standard auto reply stating 3/5 days for a reply). Just really bad. Requested refund of my subscription from Apple. Refund supported by Apple. Sygic worked for me last year, they responded to my feed back. Sometimes things go wrong. Sygic is not for me now but in the future things might change. Thank you for your response

Disappointed

Great app except terrible at finding addresses. Real shame. If it was as capable as Apple Maps when it comes to finding addresses, I would use Sygic only.

Playing up

Have uninstalled for now, keeps going into a very strange self repeating mixed up mess.

Problematic

Two major issues for me 1. The app cannot override the iPhone’s sleep timer while being used, several times it has happened to me, when the screen goes off, and there is no map anymore, while the voice dictation still continues in the background It’s a big problem when the driver is not familiar with the area and the lanes 2. Instructions come out of the phone rather than the speaker, there is no option to direct it to the loudspeaker

Excellent Alternative to Factory Sat Nav

A much better alternative to the factory satnav system, especially once they start charging you for connected services like Citroen do after three years. The Sygic system has everything you need and more than the factory satnav. I find it is far more accurate than the factory system for example the recent speed changes were not updated for months on end yet the Sygic system had these done within weeks. The only downside is my factory satnav outputs its display on my head up display, where the Sygic system is used via a CarPlay which has no access to the HUD. I can live without this because the other features are far more accurate. The only thing I would change is the horrible built-in voice which calls a roundabout a traffic circle. If they manage to change the robotised American voice for something. clearer sounding it would be even better.

Zero customer support

Great app but they’ve broken it by making it constantly ask you if fixed speed cameras are still there, EVERY time you pass them. I have several on the way to work and this has made the app unusable. I mean, they’re cemented in to the ground - they’re not going move, are they? Support refuse to respond. They’re simply not interested now that they have my money. Well, I’ve cancelled the subscription and deleted it. Avoid like the plague!

EV mode doesn’t work

I paid for this app based on information given about the EV mode. It doesn’t work as advertised, chargers and coloured states do not appear at the side as icons when driving, despite putting app into EV mode, it insists on telling me how far the nearest petrol/gasoline station is, and doesn’t give me the information they advertise regarding EV chargers I’m close to. Support never answer tickets raised. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
