Overall Sync is great, and I have been very glad I switched from Dropbox.  Just one big annoying problem.  Accessing file structures from iOS devices is very slow.  It can take minutes to bring up a list of sub-folders, and then minutes again to bring up the next level down.  This part should be instantaneous.  Once you locate a file, it actually downloads quite fast, but folder structures seem too difficult for Sync.  This should be a big priority to fix.

I work between PC, Mac, and mobile devices. Access to my files in Sync is instantaneous. I can literally save on one computer and open on another immediately. It’s easily accessible from all platforms, and has a clean easy to use interface. No more scratching around trying to find the file I’ve just saved!

Bumping this. Once again “bug fixes” is all I see. Why has this app been in maintenance mode for so long? I’m also on the receiving end of complaints from my collaborators about how slow downloads are. Please get better.

Edit Nov 2023: come on team, I can’t even listen to an mp3 because your player code can’t handle device rotation.

I used the free version for a while and that worked OK. Then I upgraded to a paid plan and it stopped working. Nothing was sync’s to the cloud, even after leaving it for 24 hours.
   Cancelled my account and went back to Dropbox. Note that the “money back guarantee” is only good for the first 30 days after you upgrade, even though you have to pay for an annual subscription.

I used it with the free allocation and it seemed to work fine , as soon as I upgraded my subscription which was not in fact monthly but a full year in advance , and in $US I have had nothing but problems...takes forever to transfer videos and pics , constantly telling you that it's encrypting your file or uploading and then completely crashes . Total waste of money . I've given up attempting to transfer any files ..the amount of bug fixes is an indicator that it's flawed ..do yourself a favour and avoid this app.

The latest bug fix update still hasn’t fixed the upload fail. 1Mar2022.
It is now six months since uploading broke. Takes minutes to half an hour to upload any size file. 
Multiple versions has not resolved the issue. 
Support has no clue except to say new update will fix it. 
Changing to different cloud. Pity. It did everything I needed. Except uploading.

### **--- "Paid service is great, but app is terrible!!"
I recently bought the 2Tb package for 1yr, desperately in need of freeing storage on my iPhone & keeping my photos, videos & documents ect safe!! ...The service is great as far as what you get & features ect, but, the iPhone app is damn near unusable!! I’ve barely cleared any storage because the app picks & chooses when it wants to upload & even when I’m lucky enough to have 2x lots of 20x photos or a couple of short videos upload to my Vault folders, it’ll usually only work for 1-2 lots of small uploads & then nothing uploads after that again no matter what I do, nothing comes out of the “0%” or “waiting” stage. Restarting the app doesn’t help, it’s super frustrating.... So as much as I hate using browsers (that’s what apps are there to eliminate), in desperation I tried doing it through Safari browser instead. Well it uploaded the video a app wouldn’t, but OMG, talk about ridiculously slow, there’s no way in hell I could backup my whole full 256Gb phone through the browser.

I’m pretty gutted. I’ve just spent a fortune on a 12 month 2Tb account, which is borderline useless because the app just doesn’t want to upload my items when I tell it to 98% of the time. I’ve tried by using the + button inside the app to upload things to my Vault & also tried by finding what I want to back up through my camera roll & sharing it to the app that way, neither way works any better than the other. 

I’m actually gutted. I missed out on being able to take any photos our recent weekend away because I wasn’t able to clear my phone out like I expected. A update came out a week or so ago but it’s made zero difference. I don’t own a PC, I do everything through my iPhone so it’s vital to me that the service I bought works properly through the app :’(
